As the heat transfer medium ,this product is good electrical insulation and stability,low viscosity,high temperature resistance, long-term work in the temperature of -50℃~250℃ ,without Dried or melted. It is polysiloxane-based and high thermal conductivity fillers ,non-toxic tasteless non-corrosive, chemically stable physical properties,and high thermal conductivity.The ionization degree of thermal grease is 200℃.It is not cure in 200℃ ,not flowing.Fully meet the requirements of the EU ROHS directive. |
